Shipping, Returns & Refund Information

Shipping Policy

Important:  The shipping carriers used by Suite Six, continue to operate normally where permitted.  In some instances, industry delays in shipping and receiving of product due to the COVID-19 Pandemic may cause sporadic service interruptions in shipments from Suite Six.  Where possible we will inform customers of these delays, however, we strongly suggest you refer to the tracking details provided at time of shipment for full information.

At this time, Suite Six only offers shipping on online orders within Canada. 

We do not guarantee same-day shipping on orders.  All orders require up to 2 business days processing time prior to shipping and receiving a shipping confirmation via email.

Suite Six does not ship orders on weekends or Holidays.

To ensure quick turn around time with all shipments, please ensure your shipping address is full and correct at the time of order.  Orders can’t be redirected once they have been shipped.  From time to time this can be done directly with a carrier, but this will result in a delay of order shipment time.

Shipping fees on orders are non-refundable.  Shipping fees are for the services and shipping provided by the carrier, and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason. Shipping courier is through Canada Post, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Orders shipped to a P.O. Box or rural address/postal code and/or any remote locations may take longer to arrive.  Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Suite Six will only ship to one address per order.  We will not break up an order to ship to multiple locations.

Return & Refund Policy

Suite Six offers all customers a 30-day return policy on all products purchased in store or online. 

We also offer our customers a satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason in the 30-days following your purchase, you are unhappy with the product, you may return it for a full refund.  You will require a receipt for refund or exchange on any product.

For returning product purchased online, please send us an email to [email protected] with the reason for your return and provide any order # and product(s) you wish to return.  If your return is within the 30-day period and approved, we will send you back a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will unfortunately not be accepted.  Once your order/items are received, your refund will be processed.

Damages and Issues

We request that you inspect your order immediately upon receiving it, and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the situation and always do what we can in order to make it right!

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.  This includes fully consumed product with a complaint of dissatisfaction, special order items, and any personal care/disinfecting products that have been used.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions and concerns about the status of your item(s) for return. 

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Once we have received and inspected returned items, refunds will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of the item(s) that have been returned.  Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.  Please be mindful that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected on your card or form of payment.
